I probably have made a review before and cannot remember but I absolutely love it here! The office staff is super nice and very easy to talk to! You can almost hear a pin drop in your apartment as it is very quiet in the complex. The grounds are always kept up and the pool is nice along with the other amenities. This is a great place to live and affordable with spacious living areas and bedrooms and don't get me started on the closet....AMAZING!!
I moved to Jacksonville on short notice in the middle of peak moving season. The Assistant Manager Carri went out of her way to help me be able to move into my apartment in a timely manner. She’s very professional and very good at what she does. She helped me move into a temporary apartment until the apartment I applied for was available. She not only helped me with the living situation but got me moved into my apartment a week ahead of the original date. I would absolutely recommend Arlington West apartments to anyone looking for a great living conditions, location and professionalism from the staff.
The housing is super nice and warming. But the overall experience was awful. Their lease agreement is super confusing and overall annoying to read through. Their pet restrictions are never mentioned unless you directly asked them, and if you have a pet that they don’t allowed you’re kind of stuck between moving out and owing a large fee or getting rid of your pet. The facilities are rather small as well. The gym is fine but barely enough, and the pool is always packed. Along with this all the other residents rarely ever abide by the actual property guidelines so you get annoying neighbors or people leaving dog poop everywhere. And finally the drive is not worth it. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to and from base every single day. With traffic it can easily be 40 minutes on weekdays.
I have lived in many apartments and Arlington West is by far the best placed I have rented. The staff is prompt, kind and they go out of their way to make life easier for the residents. The community is well kept and clean. Overall the best renting experience.
Excellent staff. Well appointed apartments. Easy access to many amenities on site. Well maintained grounds. Quick maintenance response time. Located near all of the best shopping and restaurants in Jax. For military personnel, it is a great distance from USMC Base Camp Lejeune to feel you are far enough away from work on weekends, but close enough that it isn't a long drive in. Location gives easy access to Main Gate and Wilson Gate.
